What You Will Do
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printer, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment
- Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of the problems and classify their level, priority, and nature
- Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades
- Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
- Train end user on usage of computer hardware and software
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Proven history of successfully resolving a wide variety of technical issues in a timely manner
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $30 per hour plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
